In November 1989, Vic Orgo and his family moved to Newton County to work for Ingles supermarket. Growing up in the restaurant business, it didn’t take long for Vic to realize there was nowhere to find a real old-fashioned homemade hoagie shop. In 1994, Vic decided to open Little Phillies in Covington Georgia.
Little Phillies has a commitment to preparing everything homemade and fresh daily. Just as committed to cleanliness and great customer service. Today Little Phillies is still one of the few places in the U.S. that slices their own rib-eye fresh daily, has their own recipes for hamburger, meatball, Italian sausage, marinara sauces, and wing sauces also made fresh daily.
Vic, his son Thomas, and The Little Phillies Family would truly be grateful if you stop by and give us a try. We firmly believe it will be the best dining experience you and your family have had in a long time.
Thank you very much for your patronage,
Vic, Thomas, and Little Phillies Family
P.S. If you have any suggestions on how to make Little Phillies an even better experience, please ask for Vic or Thomas anytime.
